We’re excited to announce that we’ve moved our Greenwich clinic to a brand-new space! The clinic is conveniently located next to the Old Greenwich Car Wash at 1455 East Putnam Avenue. The new location is just a mile away from the previous facility. The newly transformed Greenwich clinic will continue its nearly ten-year commitment to the community and looks forward to serving you in their new facility.

“It’s beyond rewarding to be in a beautiful new facility serving the Greenwich community who has grown to love us over the past decade,” said Jamie Griffin, PT, DPT, CSCS, and Clinic Director. “Our new space has a fresh look with brand new equipment and our team is thrilled to continue to provide great patient care in our new space. Our team and patients are very deserving of this new home!”

The Greenwich office is accepting new patients and is in-network with most insurance plans including ConnectiCare and Medicare. This office has early morning and late evening appointment hours to accommodate all busy schedules and is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The same great team you’ve come to know is still on staff to deliver exceptional care in their new space.
