Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now serving northern Sparta, New Jersey. Conveniently located at 376 Lafayette Road at the Sparta medical campus across from Anderson farms. The new facility is the second Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy facility in Sparta, providing expanded access to high-quality care for the growing community.

Lance Baumgartner, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, CIDN, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Sparta facility.
“Having spent the last ten-plus years of my clinical career in the Northwest New Jersey community and the past eight years in Sparta, I look forward to continuing to serve the community I call home,” said Lance.
Lance earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2013. His expertise encompasses manual therapy, dry needling, orthopedic diagnoses, pre- and post-joint replacement rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports medicine.
Dedicated to excellence, Lance is passionate about crafting innovative, personalized treatment programs that facilitate optimal recovery and enable patients to return to their passions and activities.
Outside of his professional life, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, going to the beach, and playing golf.
