We’re excited to announce the opening of two Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy clinics in Libertyville and Lindenhurst, Illinois! These Ivy Rehab clinics are located in the North Suburban area of Illinois. The Lindenhurst clinic is located across the street from Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center at 3021 Falling Waters Boulevard; while the Libertyville clinic is located at 1260 American Way – on the same street as the Chapel.
