Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is proud to announce the opening of its newest clinic in the Princess Anne area of Virginia Beach. You can find the clinic at 2076 S Independence Boulevard, adjacent to Target and Now Care Urgent Care Center. This new clinic caters to adults seeking orthopedic services and is proud to open alongside pediatric facilities Ivy Rehab for Kids and Ivy ABA Autism Center. With this new addition, the Ivy Rehab Network now boasts over 70 locations in Virginia.  

Dr. Grant Hessberger, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Princess Anne facility.    

“I am very excited for this opportunity to provide exceptional patient care to this community,” said Grant Hessberger, PT, DPT, and Clinic Director. “I am looking forward to establishing physical therapy services to facilitate the community to return to the activities they love.” 

Grant’s passion is to guide his patients in meeting their goals. He strives to provide exceptional, compassionate care for all his patients. Grant specializes in orthopedic care, emphasizing post-operative care, dry-needling, sports medicine, geriatric population, fall prevention/balance, and Parkinson’s treatment strategies.   

He began his career in 2016 following graduation from Old Dominion University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. He has worked in various settings throughout his career, giving him diverse insight into patient care. Grant has been practicing in the Hampton Roads area since returning from Denver, CO, in 2020.  

Outside of work, Grant loves playing hockey, spending time with his amazing wife and beautiful daughter, and staying active. 

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in the Princess Anne area of Virginia Beach provides treatments that include: balance and fall prevention, chronic pain, dry needling, physical therapy, soft tissue mobilization, orthopedic therapy, post-surgical treatment, and more.
