We are excited to share that our newest clinic in Hudsonville is now open. The clinic is located at 7559 36th Avenue, in the new Georgetown Square complex on the corner of 36th Avenue and Baldwin street. They are open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm. Ivy Rehab is expanding rapidly in Michigan with Hudsonville being the 25th clinic.
“I am so privileged to be returning to West Michigan to serve the Hudsonville community! I know this area and the people, and I am planning to bring a great level of customer service and expertise to the local community,” stated Tyler Finch, Clinic Director and Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Tyler received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University and went on to earn an advanced degree in LSVT-BIG specializing in treating Parkinson’s disease. Tyler began his career working for Generation Care, an Ivy Rehab partner, and when the opportunity arose to open a clinic, he knew Hudsonville was the right place for him. He is passionate about treating individuals in all stages of life including children, athletes, injured workers, and elderly adults.
“Tyler’s connection to the community as well as the experience that he has gained across the country as a physical therapist is a great combination to serve the Hudsonville/Jenison area with high quality of care and service,” stated Holly Lookabaugh-Deur, Regional Director of Clinical Services at Ivy Rehab.
