This new location marks another step in Ivy Rehab’s ongoing expansion, bringing high-quality care to more communities across the region.
Dr. Lee Boswell, PT, DPT, ATC, MS, CMTPT/DN, Cert. BFR, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Belmont facility.
