Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy announces the opening of its newest location in Sterling, Virginia. The new facility, located at 46900 Cedar Lake Plaza beside Coco’s Food and across from Sugarland Crossing, is now open for new patients. The office accepts a variety of insurance plans and offers convenient appointment times. With the new Sterling location just four miles from our pediatric facility, the Sterling team is dedicated to serving the local community with comprehensive care for the entire family.
Kyle Pulford, PT, DPT, OCS, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Sterling facility.
“Having spent the last two and a half years in Falls Church, it feels great to be closer to home,” said Kyle. “I look forward to serving the people of Sterling and the greater Loudoun County area and helping everyone live life to the fullest.”
Dr. Kyle Pulford knew he wanted to be a physical therapist from the age of seven after undergoing a significant neurosurgery that made it difficult for him to walk. He saw first-hand how vital movement is to the human experience and how physical therapists’ compassion and guidance can help others move better.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2014 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018. In 2021, he achieved a Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
When not in the clinic, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working out, cooking, baking, and cheering for the UCF Knights and Tampa Bay Lightning.
